Cancellation Policy

Coaching Policies Scheduling & Cancellations All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable and will be forfeited unless we are able to reschedule within the same week at mutual availability. Refunds Single sessions are non-refundable once booked. For the 4-session intensive package, no refunds are issued for unused sessions. Unused sessions remain as credit and may be applied toward future coaching within 6 months of purchase. Late Arrivals Sessions begin at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee applies. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. What to Expect VO coaching is a collaborative process. Progress depends on your preparation, practice between sessions, and willingness to take creative risks. While I am fully committed to your growth, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as agent representation, bookings, or demo completion within a set timeframe.
