Service Description
This 90-minute class invites you to slow down, root deep, and remember who you are beneath the noise. Through grounding meditation, voice and movement integration, and group storytelling, we awaken the self that's been waiting to speak. Whether you're in transition, birthing a new creative project, or simply seeking space to breathe and be--this is where you belong.

Cancellation Policy
🌿 Class Policies Cancellations & No Shows Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can no longer attend a class. This helps us honor the container and offer your spot to someone else. No Refunds Due to the intimate size and energy of the space, no refunds will be issued for missed classes. Replays will be available for one week after class. Beta Flexibility During this Beta period (June–July), we’re still in an experimental phase. Your feedback is welcome, and flexibility will be offered where possible—but boundaries will be upheld to ensure everyone feels held. Access All registered participants will receive a Zoom link and replay within 24 hours of class. Please do not share this link—our circles are sacred, small, and just for those enrolled. Tech Trouble? If you’re having issues joining class, please email me as soon as possible at laraisha@laraishadionne.com. We can’t troubleshoot in real time, but I’ll make sure you get the replay.
